These terms apply to projects and services provided by FSquare Digital. Each project also has its own written proposal; if the two differ, the proposal wins.
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written proposal listing what’s included, the timeline and the price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Payments
Payment terms are set out in your proposal, usually a deposit to start and the balance before launch. Projects can also be contracted through Upwork, in which case Upwork’s payment terms apply.
Your content
You’re responsible for having the rights to the text, images and logos you provide. I can help source licensed stock images where needed.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own your website’s design, content and custom code. Third-party themes, plugins and services remain under their own licenses.
Revisions and support
Revision rounds and any post-launch support period are listed in your proposal. Ongoing maintenance is available through a monthly care plan.
Hosting and third parties
Hosting, domains, payment gateways and other third-party services are provided by those companies under their terms. I’m not liable for their outages or changes.
